Ron Brenner Architects recently won a design award for a home constructed in Minneapolis - the 2014 BLEND AWARD.
The BLEND Award encourages and rewards builders, architects, and home owners to
blend newly remodeled or constructed homes into the fabric of
Minneapolis neighborhoods. The Jury found that this contemporary adaptation of a Greek Revival design fit seamlessly into it's Linden Hills neighborhood setting. The home was wonderfully crafted by
Kyle Hunt & Partners.

| We always like to reduce the impact of the garage - especially within the context of an established traditional neighborhood. In this case we maintained an existing detached one car garage. This allowed us to include only an additional one vehicle garage attached to the house. Bonus space is located above the garage stall. |
